Sine Wave Inverters

Our rugged sine wave inverters utilize proven computer-controlled high-frequency PWM technology to deliver pure sine wave output voltage for use in demanding battlefield conditions. The RSW400-MIL model features fanless operation for reduced noise and maintenance requirements, while the RSW2000-MIL can be programmed and monitored via serial RS-485 or CAN bus.

All inverters are IP64-rated for use in harsh environments, and are designed to MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-1275 standards.

Combination Sine Wave Inverter/Chargers

The Combo Series provides a DC-AC inverter, intelligent battery charger and AC transfer switch all in one rugged package. The modular units can be connected in parallel or in three-phase configurations, providing a versatile solution that can be tailored to virtually any power conversion requirements.

The programmable units can be remotely controlled, and are designed to withstand harsh operational environments, with conformally coated PCBs and a powder-coated die-cast aluminum chassis that resists water, dust and corrosion.

Power Supply Units & Chargers

Our integrated power supply and charger units are power factor corrected and designed to make optimum use of weak power sources such as portable generators. Featuring temperature-compensated charging, they can be configured for a range of different battery technologies such as Li-ion, LiPo, lithium iron phosphate and lead-acid.

The rugged systems can be configured and monitored via serial RS-485, and multiple units can be connected in redundant or parallel configurations. Dual-input variants are available that can switch seamlessly between an AC and a DC power source while maintaining stable DC output.

Providing either 15 or 30A, the lightweight and ruggedized units are IP65 waterproof and are designed to MIL-STD-461F, MIL-STD-810G and MIL-STD-1275D standards.

multifunctional Power BoxOur multifunctional Power Box is designed for challenging mobile military applications, featuring 6 kWh of energy storage with a programmable battery management system and delivering up to 500A peak current at 28VDC. All inputs and outputs are protected by circuit breakers, and the unit has been designed with internal shock and vibration protection.

The modular unit can be customized to suit specific requirements, and can also be provided with an integrated UPS and additional AC outlet.

Solid-State Switches

Gateway solid-state relaysOur Gateway solid-state relays are built on advanced patented MOSFET technology and can be programmed to act as precision circuit breakers or voltage-sensitive disconnects. With no mechanical contacts or moving parts, they exhibit no arcing and provide much greater longevity in the field.

The system’s integrated microcontroller provides a wide variety of useful functionality, including differentiation between in-rush and shorted conditions, timers, status and troubleshooting information, and a range of protection capabilities. Both uni­directional and bidirectional versions are available with 12 or 24VDC operating voltages.
