Tau 2 Longwave Infrared Thermal Camera ModuleOur Tau 2 thermal imaging cameras offer an unparalleled combination of features and performance, and are ideal for OEMs of drones and unmanned vehicles, thermal sights, handheld imaging equipment and more. The modules are available in Commercial, Performance, and Industrial variants with 640 × 512 and 336 × 256 resolution options, and feature powerful image processing modes that utilize continuous histogram equalization for enhanced detail and contrast.

Radiometry is provided as standard for Industrial-grade modules, and can be optionally enabled for Performance-grade. All Tau 2 configurations and resolutions share electrical, mechanical, and optical interfaces, allowing for the development of common and seamless integrations across all formats.
